VideometerLab500 Service Level Agreement
- Description
An active service agreement allows you to continuously update to the latest VideometerLab software release, a collection of resources and support from our cloud, using both our software and hardware technologies. Service Level Agreements must be renewed annually.
If you've interrupted your Service Level Agreement, you will have to purchase an entry fee in order to resume it. The entry fee is equal to the annual fee for the chosen service contract.
We offer three levels of support to fit your specific needs: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Silver Service Level Agreement
- Hotline (phone, web, mail)
- Software updates
- Access to one private cloud workspace (100GB)
- Access to public cloud workspaces
- Access to Videometer Academy
Gold Service Level Agreement
- Same as Silver
- Replacement or repair of parts that become defective during normal use of instruments excluding freight costs
- Repair at Videometer excluding freight costs
Platinum Service Level Agreement
- Same as Gold
- Annual service visit excluding travel costs
On-site service is only done when explicitly requested by customer and upon written acceptance of the costs. Hourly charge is 198 Euro. On-site service in Europe within 3 days from acceptance of costs. Outside Europe please inquire.
Terms and Conditions Extract
Preface
The Videometer Webshop is entirely reserved for Business-to-Business customers, and Company Name and VAT no. (only for EU) are required, either at registration or at chek out.
All prices stated are listed in DKK exclusive of VAT.
Delivery
Delivery of tangible products within EU according to Incoterms DAP at the Buyers premises.
Shipment Incoterms outside of EU to be agreed before Order Confirmation.
Delivery time is of maximum 8-12 weeks for tangible products.
Return and Cancellation
The Videometer Webshop has a non-return and non-cancellation policy for any confirmed order.
However products can be returned subject to a prior written agreement with the Seller. Products returned shall always be unused, undamaged and contained in the original packing.
