Enhance the capacity of your VideometerLab System with the Autofeeder option.

The Autofeeder option together with the VideometerLab System provides a high throughput multispectral analysis instrument for seed, grains, pharmaceutical tablets and other granular samples.
The Autofeeder option uses a vibrator to distribute granules from a funnel evenly onto a belt.

The belt transports the granules under the VideometerLab scanner and subsequently into a collection box. Images of the sample are acquired, segmented and analyzed, and a summary report is automatically created at the end of the measurement.

• 19 wavelengths ranging from 365 nm to 970 nm.

• Image size: 3000*4096.

• Resolution: 30 µm/pixel.

• Dynamic range: optimized according to the application using autolight setup.

• Sample size: Standard up to 1.5 liter. Larger sample sizes possible by customization.

• Processing speed: 160 cm belt = app. 1200 cmC2 belt area per minute.

• Sample distribution: Vibrator unit with adjustable vibration profiles for different sizes and types of granular products.

• Calibration: Absolute reflectance calibration using 2 reflectance calibration targets and one geometric target

• Simple calibration wizard procedure that takes 3 minutes.

• Time of complete analysis: 5-10 seconds per sample.

• Power supply: 110-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz

• Ambient temperature: Operation: 5-40 °C, Storage: –5-50 °C.

• Ambient humidity: 20-90% RH non-condensing.

Preface

The Videometer Webshop is entirely reserved for Business-to-Business customers, and Company Name and VAT no. (only for EU) are required, either at registration or at chek out.

All prices stated are listed in DKK exclusive of VAT.

Delivery

Delivery of tangible products within EU according to Incoterms DAP at the Buyers premises.

Shipment Incoterms outside of EU to be agreed before Order Confirmation.

Delivery time is of maximum 8-12 weeks for tangible products.

Return and Cancellation

The Videometer Webshop has a non-return and non-cancellation policy for any confirmed order.

However products can be returned subject to a prior written agreement with the Seller. Products returned shall always be unused, undamaged and contained in the original packing.
