Service Visit within Europe
- Description
A Service Visit allows you to get preventive maintenance for your instrument. During the visit you will get an examination of your instrument so that we can finetune it for your needs.
You will also get help with
- Calibrating your instrument,
- Downloading new software versions,
- Tune-fixing instrument
The Service Visit happens on an annual basis and travel costs are excluded. Therefore, you must purchase travel costs within Europe separately here.
Travel costs outside Europe can be purchased by contacting the Videometer team here.
If you own a Platinum Service Level Agreement, the annual service visit is included in your agreement. Travel costs are, though, excluded and should be purchased separately. Travel Costs within Europe should be purchased here.
Terms and Conditions Extract
Preface
The Videometer Webshop is entirely reserved for Business-to-Business customers, and Company Name and VAT no. (only for EU) are required, either at registration or at chek out.
All prices stated are listed in DKK exclusive of VAT.
Delivery
Delivery of tangible products within EU according to Incoterms DAP at the Buyers premises.
Shipment Incoterms outside of EU to be agreed before Order Confirmation.
Delivery time is of maximum 8-12 weeks for tangible products.
Return and Cancellation
The Videometer Webshop has a non-return and non-cancellation policy for any confirmed order.
However products can be returned subject to a prior written agreement with the Seller. Products returned shall always be unused, undamaged and contained in the original packing.
